1. Definitions used in these rules
Processing - any action or set of actions performed on personal data or a set of personal data.
Data carrier - a natural person whose personal data is processed.
Child - a natural person under 16 years of age.
2. Principles of data protection
Processing is legal, fair, transparent. Our processing activities have a legal basis. We consider your rights before processing personal data. We will provide you with information regarding on-demand processing.
Processing is limited by its purpose. Our processing activities are in line with the purpose for which personal data was collected.

3.2. Right of access - means that you have the right to access data collected about you and from you. This includes the right to request and receive a copy of your personal information collected.
3.3 Right to correction - means that you have the right to request the correction or deletion of your personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
3.4. Right of deletion - means that in certain circumstances you can request the deletion of your private data from our records.
3.5. Right to limit the processing - means that if certain conditions are met, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data.
3.6. Right to object to processing - means that in certain cases you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, for example in the case of direct marketing.
3.7 Right to object to automatic processing - means that you have the right to object to automatic processing, including profiling; and are not subject to a decision based solely on automatic processing. You can exercise this right whenever there is a profiling outcome that causes legal effects that affect you or apply to you in part.
3.8 Right to transfer data - you have the right to receive your personal data in a format that the device can read or, if feasible, direct transfer from one processor to another.
3.9 Right to appeal - in case we refuse your request, guaranteeing the right of access, we will provide you with a reason why this happened. If you are not satisfied with how your request is handled, please contact us.
3.10 Right to assistance from the supervisory authority - means that you have the right to the assistance and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of Republic of Croatia, which is the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data (AZOP) via e-mail: azop@azop.hr
3.11 Right to withdraw consent - you have the right to withdraw any consent to the processing of personal data.
3.12. Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) - means that you have the right to the deletion of personal information, for example if you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of your particular data, when your personal data is illegally processed or when your data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or in any way processed. However, please note that we will not be able to delete your information if it is necessary to fulfill the legal obligations, contractual obligations and other legal bases of the General Data Protection Regulation.
