Optimizing Project Management with Project Essentials
We started the year strong with Project Essentials — a game-changing suite of enhancements and automations for monday.com designed to streamline operations, standardize workflows, and accelerate user adoption across marketing, creative, and PMO teams.
Project Essential automates manual project setup tasks, generates portfolios, programs, projects, and tasks from templates, and creates top-down project links for seamless coordination.
We developed this product specifically for Glenn Coward at CapabilitySource. Glenn, one of our longest Partner and Client and the President & CEO of CapabilitySource — a digital transformation consultancy provided valuable insights and crucial knowledge on monday.com and the complete workflow of the application.
We have been creating this as a product for them, and our ongoing investment in the project and deep understanding of monday.com as well as the processes have naturally positioned us as the official resellers for Project Essentials in Europe.
We are able to get you going from the beginning, setting up the workspace and then adjusting the solution for you.

Collaborations that Fuel Innovation
Throughout the year, strategic collaborations have been pivotal to our growth and development:
Rocket Buds Farms
We partnered with RocketBuds, Croatian indoor hemp cultivation company to test our sensor and box systems in a real-world environment. This collaboration provided invaluable insights for product refinement.
Weblica Conference
In May 2024, we proudly presented our debut product range, "Senzorix," at the Weblica IT conference in Čakovec. The positive reception validated our efforts and opened new opportunities.
Securing EU Funds for Future Innovation
We achieved a major milestone by securing €2,520,684 in EU funding for a joint venture focused on predictive analytics, optimization, and manufacturing process enhancement. This was our first time applying for EU funds, and we're immensely grateful to our partners: Ascalia, Infofar, OMCO Croatia, and Iverpan.
A special thank you to Mario Kostan for his outstanding efforts and deep understanding of this complex project, which played a crucial role in securing the grant.
Strategic Partnerships: PulsarLabs and Solderix
Our collaboration with PulsarLabs has been a game-changer. We've worked together on multiple projects, most notably the GroovyBox and supporting their Solderix platform.
Working with them has been really fantastic since we have some overlap in the embedded region, but on the other hand they have their speciality and we have our which works really well together. We aim to expand our cooperation on client-based projects combining their embedded technologies with our software solutions.
Smart Buildings: MENEA Integration with Senzorix
We integrated our Senzorix platform with the Medjimurje Energy Agency Ltd. (MENEA) system, providing seamless remote access, real-time visibility into system statuses, and consolidating multiple interconnected systems into a unified application.
Investing in the Future: MEV Collaboration
We're committed to enhancing the local workforce environment through our partnership with Međimurje University of Applied Sciences in our hometown Čakovec. Our collaboration aims to improve the computer science study program, offer internships, introduce cutting-edge technologies, and foster a hub for community events.
Community Engagement: ČK Meetups
We continued fostering connections within the local IT and design communities by hosting meetups and workshops, including the first-ever UX/UI challenge in the region!
Introducing GroovyBox and Senzorix
We are also excited to be developing our GroovyBox and Senzorix platforms. GroovyBox allows you to set up a manual or automatic plant growth process, control temperature, lights and air moisture, and track comprehensive dataset of growth on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly intervals.
